Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) must be read in conjunction with our "Master Services Agreement" and "Terms and Conditions". This AUP is subject to changes and it is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure they have in their possession the most up to date version. In the event that breach you any of the rules lined out in this AUP then Orbis Telecom reserves the right to cease your service with immediate effect and permanently delete your account.
General
- Customers are prohibited from sending or receiving any traffic that is deemed to be, at our discretion, unlawful, threatening, abusive, or provokes any form of illegal activity. This includes any breach in National or International Law.
- It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that up to date billing and contact information held by Orbis Telecom is up to date and correct.
- If a customer is thought at any point to be involved in traffic that is illegal or frowned upon then Orbis reserves the rights to cease the customer's service with immediate effect. Examples of this include but are not limited AIT, otherwise known as Artificially Inflated Traffic.
- The customer must not take part in traffic that could have negatives affects on our or our supplier's network; this includes but is not limited to the dialing of sequential numbers, the dialing of numbers that do not exist.
- If a dialer is used for your traffic purposes then we have very strict rules regarding this and you must contact Orbis telecom at cs(a)orbistelecom.com, failure to abide by the rules provided will result in termination of your service.
