high quality service for our valued customers. However, if there is a
problem you need resolving please send an email, with as much
information as possible, to cs@orbistelecom.com and a member of staff
will review this and get back to you ASAP and attempt to resolve your
issue. If you are displeased with the way in which your complaint has
been dealt with then please call us on 01202 802 802 and ask to speak
to a senior member of staff.
Alternative Dispute Resolution Scheme
As we are a Public Communications provider we also have an alternative dispute resolution scheme available. Being a member of Otelo means that if we are unable to resolve your complaint then you are able to refer your complaint to Otelo for adjudication.
